The conference will be held at the Mount Snow Conference Center on route 100 in West Dover, Vermont. Lodging is at the same facility.

From Points North: Take I-89 or I-91 South to White River Jct., continue on I-91 South to Exit 2, (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile North to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points West: Take the I-787 North ramp towards Troy, Merge onto I-787 North, Take the Rte. 7 East exit towards Troy, NY/Bennington, VT. Merge onto Rte. 7 East, Rte. 7 East becomes Vermont SR-9, follow SR-9 to Wilmington, VT and turn onto route 100 North by turning left at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points East: Take Rte. 2 West, To Rte. 91 North in Greenfield, MA. Take 91 North to Exit 2 in VT (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points South: Take 91 North to Exit 2 in VT (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

Please note that there is no public transportation from any of the airports to Mt. Snow. It will be necessary for you to rent a car. However, we will plan to have a van leaving from Boston's Logan airport on October 15th, Wednesday evening, at 18:00, with a van returning to Boston on Sunday, October 19th, leaving Mt. Snow around 14:00. If you will require the use of the van coming to the Conference or returning to Logan airport, please confirm same via email with Gloria at gzucker@vermontphotonics.com
